l hate to admit it, but quarantine is really impacting my grit and ability to focus. While my workouts have intensified, my eating habits have greatly diminished. Any strava using cyclists out there? All of the group rides, condos and races in my area have been canceled but I'm still looking to log in a ton of miles and elevation this season. What's up on your side of the sun?
Working out with a busy schedule
My work life is demanding and requires more than an 8 hour day. I've started getting up by 5am in order to get in a workout before work. The 10pm workouts aren't doing it anymore.
