I feel u on that. I don't see gains often either, but I think of what would happen if I were to STOP! Instead of no gains, I'd see weight gains.

Thanks for the words folks. It's another day and another opportunity to get it right. Let's see if I can resist cookies and a donut over the next 12 hours😅. I hope yall are finding different ways to hold on.

I was thinking about getting back to IF. I did it before with good results. But I've stocked up on so much food...I'm surrounded.

There are a ton of indoor cycling workouts online. I sometimes use gcn on YouTube. Google GCN cycling videos...they have all different levels.

I'm pretty active on fibit...not sure how you track your steps. I strive for 10k a day.

I have a hectic schedule as well, plus a long commute that eats up a bunch of time. I try to workout between 5:30-6am but that's easier said than done. On days I can't get up early I'm working out after 9. At work I try to walk around to the different offices I manage but sometimes I just stroll around campus.

I'm on day 2...I'll let you know.

I weighed in at 207...heaviest of my life. Take it one day at a time.

I've used both. Fitbit is built for fitness plus links you to a huge community of other users. If you're looking for fitness first and watch 2nd...fitbit is the choice. But if you're an iPhone user and you're looking for watch first and fitness 2nd...apple watch would be your best bet.

Breaking habits, especially bad ones, is hard. Going to be earlier is huge for me. When I'm up late I snack.
