The calories burned recorded by Samsung fit isn't uploading on mfp

I use to have an account a few years ago and deactivated after a while. Now I've rejoined this week and linked up google fit and samsung fit. Neither calories burned are popping up. For the last two day it only did half of the calories burned, so I had to manually input the rest. Now it sits at zero and isn't being factored in under exercise at all. Is this a known issue?
