I’m just recovering from a setback.
For a whole week, my stress took over my diet.
No exercise, I just ate freely.
But the only good thing I only gain 3 lbs!!!
Now I’m back on it!

Back at it.....that's my mantra too. IMO it's okay to have that off day or week but the trick is to not let it derail you into thinking of giving up completely. Sounds like you're back at it and will succeed!! I think those off days/weeks are very good learning tools of what we could do differently next time.
I've found there are many more off days this time of year too. While it's challenging, it doesn't have to be a deal blower!!1 -

And the 3 pounds is likely water weight due to excess sodium consumed during that week.
