  • Weigh in Saturday PW - 146.8 CW - 145.0 Felt so good to get back in the gym this week. I've been working on balancing my macros, but its really hard to not go over on my fat. I also struggle in meeting my daily potassium & calcium goals. Does anyone else have the same problem?
