good luck to you, I battle with a bit of hormonal moodiness myself. I find that I try to make room for good foods such as cashews and berries. look for nutrients rich foods that will make your body well!

I am with you my calorie goal is 1200-1300 to lose 1-2 lb per week. I have not yet succeeded with that daily yet I think more support would be such a help1
