Drop 100 calories per day and introduce 40 minutes of exercise per day. Walking is fine, just come home in a sweat though. You need diet change AND exercise in my opinion. All the best with it.

No reason to stop walking unless it’s illegal where you live. Just keep 2m/6ft away from anyone else and you’ll be ok. I don’t know what I’ll do if they ban exercise :o

Same here; IT and 40+ hours a week. I have no intention of retiring while I’m still on top of it. I love my job and it fills in 8 hours every day!

I have a pair of dumbbells and do the same during commercials. If you don’t have to concentrate too much, like watching sport, it’s easy to get yourself into a rhythm and keep on going. Bicep curls is an easy one to start with.

Ask your employer to purchase you a height adjustable desk riser, then you can decide to stand when you want, or lower to sit. A stool is good for this setup too, as you can sit and get much better back posture.

I takes me 5 minutes to walk from home to the pub, but 20 minutes to walk back home. The difference is staggering.

Hi and welcome! If your using the MFP app, touch Me -> Recipes -> select recipe from list -> select 3 dots menu in top right corner -> Edit recipe You can then delete or replace an ingredient. Using www.myfitnesspal.com on a computer is much easier an more intuitive. Good luck with it!
