  • I'm doing much better at logging and I'm starting to see some lower numbers. My weight fluxes around 5 lbs are more all the time, but my trend is down. I am also feeling better (not still hungry) while hitting my calorie goal. Thank you all for all the post, success stores, and support, it really helps!
