Welcome! I follow a vegan diet and omega 3s have become a big priority to me. I prefer flax meal because it mixes well.

I use quick oats. Turns out great. 1/3 cup of oats, half cup of almond milk, protein powder, flax, banana, blueberries and peanut butter. If I forget to do it over night, i can do it around 7and be able to eat it by 9. (Overnight oats are my second meal of Six)

Yes! I’ve been tracking consistently for a month. I stopped doing it when I went vegan because my weight was constant and eating intuitively was so freeing. I also get obsessed. I love graphs lol. But yeah, I will definitely post when I do my stats Sunday!

One thing I’ve learned is in order to put on more muscle I have to lay off cardio a bit. I also run. But I have switched to HIIT twice a week and 20-30 min slow jogs with my pup 5 days/week. My accidental bulk resulted in 2 weeks where I put on 1 pound of LBM and dropped 1% body fat. Now, as soon as I decide to be conscious of it, I’ve lost scale weight.
