Lol, won't happen if I'm doing spin I guess 😋
-
I don't need to do it by accident! I already have one and I hate it!
-
Thank you! I have done CrossFit in the past for several years. I was lifting heavy! I know what my lower half looks like muscular and I personally don't prefer it. There is a great divide over whether spin class increases butt size. Just Google it! An experienced, celebrity personal trainer actually advises her clients…
-
Oh, just an example. If you don't lose the fat as quickly as you gain the muscle you could have unintended consequences like her.
-
Personally, that girls butt is not what I'm striving for. Just a personal opinion. It's ok to be different!
-
How do you "go by weekly?" Where do you see weekly stats?
-
I have an acquaintance that is really into CrossFit. She's not a thin girl. Her legs have become gigantic. I guess muscular with fat over the top? That is not a look that I personally want but YMMV.
-
No, I don't know what I'm doing just like you when you started your journey. But thanks to the kind, helpful, supportive advice that I've received, I know a lot more now!
-
It's motivating to me! Makes me want to get more steps to get more flexibility in my diet!
-
Absolutely! I am very grateful. It just felt weird to be talked about like I wasn't there? I wasn't angry, I just wanted wino to direct questions at me.
-
I guess it makes sense but it's not even 3500 more per week. Shouldn't it be 1250? I can't imagine that the people who were up in arms about me eating and 1200 will be happy that I now am allowed 1240 😂
-
Ok, it took so much willpower but I reduced my weight loss to 1lb per week. I trust you guys! BUT...... It only have me 40 more calories! 😭 I was secretly looking forward to eating a little bit more! Will it up it more in the morning?!
-
Classes! Except body pump. It has a cult following but not me!
-
Thank you for all your help everyone! I appreciate it so much!! I have one more pressing question. Every Sunday, my family and my sister's family go to my mom's house for a big home cooked dinner and dessert. It's such a fun tradition! The meals are cooked from scratch and would be too difficult to track but only losing…
-
Hitting the protein is difficult. I try to get 100g most days which is hard enough.
-
Yes, Nono is correct.
-
Wino, this is my discussion. Can you please not refer to me like I'm not going to be reading these posts? This reminds me of Seinfeld and the person talking in 3rd person for some reason.....
-
The problem is, when you wear pants even muscular legs and booties look no different than fat ones!
-
I have a lot of pressure from my parents. They will ask how much I've lost. They will be disappointed and act sad for me if I only lose one pound per week! I know, I'm 35, what is wrong with me. I guess you never get too old to want your parents approval.....
-
Wino, if I eat back all my calories as I earn them (which I'm more comfortable with) it's identical to setting it lightly active!
-
I entered my data into the website that nono provided!
-
You tracked at an AYCE buffer? That's willpower right there!
-
So 1746, eat cals back seems wise to me.
-
Seems like my FB with 1746 was pretty spot on.
-
Don't know which to listen to
-
Wow, that site is really interesting!
-
So it's my RMR? Isn't my FB tracking those incremental movements using slight increases of hr?
-
I do have a low resting heart rate, BP
-
So my BMR is actually less than that? 😬
