Confused about net calories.
If my net calorie reduction for the week is 1600, that's only a half a pound per week loss? Or has mfp already put the loss you selected into the calculations and you should have consumed 1600 calories more?

How fast to lose muscle?
How fast is muscle weight going away while I loaf around at home with my gym closed? I am happy to lose weight - but fat, not muscle.

Sugar? Or "Added" Sugar?
I go over in MFPs sugar allotment frequently but it is bc I'm eating fruit. Should I be careful about natural sugar or just added sugar? I don't like MFP scolding me about being over!

Ok to work same muscle groups consecutively
It works out that the classes I am able to do sometimes mean that I am working the same muscles on consecutive days. I've read articles saying it's fine (even good) and articles saying you should not do that. What are your experiences? Nothing crazy heavy, just 12-15lb dumbbells.

What are the top 3 things you love about working out besides weight loss/muscle gain?
Mine are: 1. It makes me impressed with my body seeing how strong and able it is. 2. It greatly improves my mood/anxiety (just ask my family lol). 3. I am a huge extrovert/stay at home mom and it makes me happy just being around other people.

Difference between net and total calories
What's the difference - does total include exercise and net doesn't? I have way too hard a prob with this.

Any other sumo orange lovers??
I am so excited that sumos are in season again! They are the best! My family calls them "ugly oranges." Sumos are definitely a great example of, "don't judge a book by its cover!"

Why do people bring sick kids to gym daycare?!
I get it, you really want to get your workout in but it's so unkind to everyone else! Please keep your kiddos home if they are sick. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Eating same meal everyday?
Does anyone else eat the same meal (lunch) everyday (m-f) to cut down on decisions and to make tracking so so easy? Also, do you skip snacking or a nibble here and there bc then you don't have to track it? I do!

Changing macros based on body type
I'm a true Endomorph. Endomorph supposedly don't tolerate carbs well. The sample macro breakdown I found for endos is 25% carb, 40% fat, 35% protein. Do you guys follow that?

Can't do negative calorie adjustment?
I have read articles detailing how to "enable calorie adjustment." When I try to do it to my account, I am unable to. Is this because my calories are already set to 1200 and can't go any lower? Thanks!

Weight gain?!?! Feeling sad.
I have been working my butt off in the gym and tracking everything that passes my lips. I use a food scale and everything. I stepped on the scale today (weigh once a week) and I've gained 2lbs. NO WAY I've eaten 7000 calories in excess. Any insight? What gives! (Not TOM or close to it either).
