I'm a true Endomorph. Endomorph supposedly don't tolerate carbs well. The sample macro breakdown I found for endos is 25% carb, 40% fat, 35% protein. Do you guys follow that?

Somatypes have been debunked, they were actually made up by a psychologist and morphed into a thing.
Having said that, there's nothing wrong with that macro split, so if your intrigued there's no harm in giving it a try. I have no idea what not handling carbs well means, but if that macro split improves your digestion or makes it easier for you to stay in a deficit, that's a good thing.
I do better with 50%ish carbs and would struggle to hit that protein level. Different strokes and all5 -
As mentioned I wouldn't put stock into those body type categories.
I personally don't follow % since my intake is so high it would be way out of line but prefer grams per lb. If you feel great and are making progress stick with it.2 -
Hitting the protein is difficult. I try to get 100g most days which is hard enough.0

Lean meats, fish and seafood, lower fat dairy, eggs and egg whites, protein power, beans, legumes

100g a day is probably sufficient for you in general terms, though fine to experiment with higher if you want to. I have my macros set to 30C, 35F, 35P on 1500 cals a day (there's a method to my madness with the high protein), so have a look at my diary if you want to see what that looks like for a vegetarian.2
