Changing macros based on body type

I'm a true Endomorph. Endomorph supposedly don't tolerate carbs well. The sample macro breakdown I found for endos is 25% carb, 40% fat, 35% protein. Do you guys follow that?

    As mentioned I wouldn't put stock into those body type categories.

    I personally don't follow % since my intake is so high it would be way out of line but prefer grams per lb. If you feel great and are making progress stick with it.

    Hitting the protein is difficult. I try to get 100g most days which is hard enough.

    Lean meats, fish and seafood, lower fat dairy, eggs and egg whites, protein power, beans, legumes

    100g a day is probably sufficient for you in general terms, though fine to experiment with higher if you want to. I have my macros set to 30C, 35F, 35P on 1500 cals a day (there's a method to my madness with the high protein), so have a look at my diary if you want to see what that looks like for a vegetarian.
