I weigh out and prelog breakfast, lunch and my snacks for work. Dinner and weekends I log as I go.

I'm B12 deficient and get bruising on my legs. Mine are large though, think salad to dinner plate sized. If nothing has changed except the workouts, it's probably that but if it continues or other symptoms appear get to a Dr ASAP

I don't do cheat anything. If I want something I work it into my day. Tomorrow we're having pizza for dinner, I'll eat accordingly for breakfast and lunch so I still hit my macros and am within my calories.

During the week, I do (4) 15 minute walks during work and try to do 30 minutes of Zumba 3 nights. On Saturdays, I do Zumba and maybe get 3-4k additional steps. Sundays are my real lazy days and am good to get 3k in steps.

No! You log food in MyFitnessPal and exercise in Fitbit. Depending on your Fitbit and workout, it'll track it without you logging like a walk, run, cardio. If you have the 2 connected and you log in MyFitnessPal it'll double dip for it.

Twice a week

I think it's more of a mfp issue and not Fitbit. I know 4 others who use a Fitbit but use a logging source other than mfp and they said they don't have issues when I asked them.

I started cooking 2-3 extra servings of dinner every night. Then I put in divided Tupperware containers, sharpie what it is on the lid and freeze. Keep doing this every dinner and within a week or two, you have a nice selection of frozen meals.

I found the sodium content to be too high for me and they just didn't fill me up. So I bought some divided Tupperware containers and freeze leftovers into meals.
