Thanks for posting. I find that mang people have challenges with staying committed. I try and ask them what goals they set each day to stay commited, that usually spurs a bit of dialogue. I do have a question though. How do you know when you are doing "too much cardio"

The app is extremely useful. I recommend the premium so you can track your weekly nutrients! I've found having a visual is very different than just seeing numbers! Great job on keeping up the work for a year.
