Starting gun

Started at 275. Cut carbs, calories, started cardio 5 days a week (45 min elliptical) and strength training once a week (basic). Have lost 10 pounds since Tuesday last week. Solid start. Need follow through and life habit, long term, change. Going for no injuries.
