New to the app

Hey everyone. New to this. Started resistance training a year ago an it’s been going excellent. See the body taking shape an an the increase in strength. However, I don’t see the results I thought I’d see. So I google a calorie counting app am found this one. Really trying to get my diet on track to improve my results.

    The app is extremely useful. I recommend the premium so you can track your weekly nutrients! I've found having a visual is very different than just seeing numbers! Great job on keeping up the work for a year.
