My calorie intake is 3500-4000 on most days so for me it's really not that much. I say health food but i'm really talking about nutrient density whether it's fiber content, vitamins, minerals or antioxidants. I know it may be a bit silly, but I eat a giant bowl of pasta before I go to bed and it works pretty well. Cause carbs will increase serotonin, at least temporarily. I don't even care about gaining weight at this point I just want to sleep.

A man can lift for three months and be at an overweight bmi while lean. I think 3 rowing movements may be a bit too much. The T bar row is a great exercise but the seated row doesn't serve any purpose here considering you can work one side at a time with the one arm dumbbell row. Seated rows can go. Also is the db curl standing, one arm at a time or simultaneously?

So it can make you look narrower. For certain people they might want to avoid training traps. Is it necessary to go heavy on shrugs? Cause it's really easy to add weight on this exercise.

Ok, i've also heard that having overdevelopped upper traps is bad for shoulder health? I may start training them in higher reps, cause they grow very easily in my case.

I never said anything about the merit of that system, i'm simply saying we are very similar to nordic countries. And if we bring this logic to its logical conclusion , why don't we abolish the government or any form of taxation? You want taxation, you just don't agree on where it should be spent.
