Very nice! I have been doing good. I have lost almost 7 pounds this year. Slow going back and next issue and the restrictions on my body and the dreaded change of life! Last year I lost 25 pounds and your are righ the first 15 came off fast. I aim for 20-minute walk and 30 of some type of exercising every day.

I lost 150 lbs and kept it off until menopause. Now I am 50 lbs over but I am losing. SO SLOWLY. Maybe 3-4 a month. So far I have lost 32 lbs in the last year and 3 months.

Very nice job! # 55 is a great way to go and slow and steady is better because you will keep it off. Continue to do what you are doing and pretty soon you will be where you should be and maybe not where you want to be.
