  • We are going down a parallel path here! On January 2nd I started at 271 and currently at 225, doing intermittent fasting, keto and walking! I try to do 12,500 steps 5 days per week, but thinking about start walking on the weekends, but only do 10K steps.
  • So sorry! I’m just now seeing your message! It’s going good! I have lost 32 lbs.! Still have a way to go (i.e., 48 lbs.), but will enjoy the journey as much as I can!
