Hey everyone! I have been really good at not eating before noon, and have cut right down on snacks. I think I need to be careful with my portion sizes of pasta. I have not met my goal of exercising twice per week, other than walking. I am far too impatient, I need to remember that slow and steady wins the race! Almost 3lbsβ¦

Weighed myself today after doing calorie counting and intermittent fasting since Monday. I think it's probably not fat that I've lost in such a short space if time, it's probably just water retention that I've lost, but it gives me a good baseline to measure against for the next 3 weeks :-) November 6: 150.4lbs November 8:β¦
