Back again! My heaviest weight in recent years is 161 lbs, although the heaviest weight I have ever been is 184 lbs, which was around 16/17 years ago. So, I'm more or less on maintenance but I could still do with losing some excess fat. My weight fluctuates between 143lbs and 150lbs, and I am still 'sturdy' at the lowerβ¦

Weighted myself again today (March 3rd) and the scales say I am 149.4 lbs, which is what I weighed on Mon 24th Feb. I'm ok with it - I knew that the March 1st wasn't a true reflection of my weight so I wondered if I would fluctuate! Continuing to follow 16:8 IF, 10k steps per day and tracking food. Hi everyone! I lost 4lbs in February. The weekly weigh-in is helping my motivation. I started tracking properly and upped my daily steps after failing to lose anything in the first couple of weeks of February. So - I started Feb at 152lbs and am starting March at 147.6lbs. No loss again this week despite cutting out takeaways and unhealthy snacks. I'm disappointed because I do feel less bloated. I think I am probably in a calorie deficit Monday - Thursday and then cancelling it out by being in surplus on the weekend. What I am not doing, however, is yo-yoing, which is what has happened inβ¦

Hey everyone! I have been really good at not eating before noon, and have cut right down on snacks. I think I need to be careful with my portion sizes of pasta. Weighed myself today after doing calorie counting and intermittent fasting since Monday.
