Lindewey Week 2 Pw 192.2 Cw 193.2 Not a good week exercising everyday, but cant seem to focus on making good choices. Hard to do when I'm home 24/7. Anyone have any suggestions how they manage, especially when you have others living with you who leave classic junk food all around the house?

Congrats to everyone above here hoping I'm there at the end of April. Exercised today. Mayday off so I did tow 30 minute walks a d after work a 20 minute bike ride. Kept food calories under and tracked everything. 1 day done, 29 to go!!!!

March 12 Exercised yes 50 minutes weights Tracked: yes Budget: so far on track, but really hungry hopefully it passes and I dont overeat at dinner. Always hungrier on workout days

Lindewey March week 1 PW 193.6 CW 188.6 Tracking and accountability seems to be working finally. Menopause has been a real struggle the last 3 years. I really hope the scale continues to go down! 😃

I had a good day today tracking food and exercising did 50 minutes of strength training. Tracked my food and stayed within my calories. Downfall is that I am sitting here really hungry and trying to drink lots of water to curb the grumbling. Uugh
