Hi team-how is everyone? Let's get a check in going. Many things are happening quickly now with Covid 19. We will soon need to be staying home more as we work to slow the spread of the disease. Do you have a plan to stay on track, both with food and with mental health?
Let's get some dialogue going to support one another; this will likely be a very challenging couple of months for those of us in the US, as more and more people will be diagnosed and our health system will be under great strain. We are here for each other!

As cases of the virus increase, it might be likely that my job will lay me off (retail) since we have had no customers this week.

I just started so the standing all day has given me a lot of progress, weight-wise - as well as working out before work. If a decrease in activity occurs, I’m not sure how I would accommodate it, especially if there’s a gym closure.

I am sorry to hear this...I hope you will be ok. I will be thinking about you. Maybe some nice long walks outdoors would be helpful? And I love Fitness Blender, which has free at home workouts for ALL fitness levels. Keep us updated.

Exercised: Yes (5km walk in 37 mins - hills)
    Tracked: Yes
    Budget: Yes

Fastest walk in a long time.

    Busy day.

Enquired about blood donation, but they will not take me for 4 weeks until the anti-depressant has settled in and I know if/what any side effects are.

Only side effects so far are mild-insomnia (waking more frequently), weird dreams and elevated heart rate (wear a heart rate monitor 24/7).

Hopefully you'll be able to continue working @glouis4. I hate that covid19 is causing job losses among other things. I'm hoping the situation improves very soon although I personally don't know what to expect.

My gym is still open thankfully. They're encouraging extra precaution as far as cleaning equipment etc and I'm taking my own precautions as well. If they do end up closing for a bit I'll probably exercise outdoors and dust off the DVDs I have or check out YouTube. Nike's workout app and the like should be good back up too. I'm hoping the grocery stores stay open and the panic buying dies down. I still plan to go about my eating and exercise as normal, so long as everything stays open.

    Here's to everyone staying healthy!

I was expecting to gain some weight because of so much traditional food during an Indian festival last week. So happy that being mindful of what I am putting in my tummy has been helpful.

It will pass--but it is stressful and worrisome. Hopefully you get a chance to rest and calm your mind.

Sorry for the delay in posting.
This is for my Wednesday weigh in.

    inshapeCK
    March Week 2
    PW: 135.5 pounds
    CW: 137.4 pounds

    Gained 1.9 pounds.
Not a good week but not much to blame other than unhealthy eating.
Bad news is I spent about 5 days making bad food choices after my previous week's weigh in.
Good news is I got back on track the 2 days before my weigh in and although I had been as high as 139.something during the 5 days of overeating and making unhealthy choices the 2 days of healthier eating got me down to 137.4 pounds for my weigh in day.
Got some work to do the next 3 days to re-lose the weight as today I was 137.5 pounds so still hovering in the same weight as Wednesday's weigh in.

As well as the walk. Flew race drones today (so even more walking).

Less than 5 hours sleep, so room for improvement there.
