Better sleep last night. Likely because I was exhausted and I took my medication early in the evening instead of just before sleeping.
Experimenting on moving medication to earlier in the day to improve sleep.1 -
@craigo3154 and @looneycatblue I am really struggling to keep up with things as I try to navigate teaching from home for my jo as well as for my own kids. Can you help me add weights, etc? Thank you!0

Long walk today with my wife. First time she has walked in a while.
Continuing to adjust medication timing. Looks like it will eventually be morning instead of evening.
Expecting to go up a little from last weeks low at weigh-in.2 -

I haven't seen too much activity with our little group lately, I think many (including me) have been a bit preoccupied.
I hope everyone is staying healthy and not stressing too much.1 -
I’ll be checking in tomorrow despite this turbulent time. Stay safe everyone3

Yes, it's caused me to lose focus. I work in a doctors surgery and my husband is worried that I'll bring the virus home. I've had to take him to hospital in a lot of pain. Prostate trouble. He has surgery at the end of the month. A lot of stress and changes happening. I'm avoiding the gym as I feel it is a risky place with all the sweat etc.2 -

March Week 3
PW: 137.4 pounds
CW: 135.2 pounds
WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!! Lost 2.2 pounds in 1 week!!!!!!!!!!!!
Re-lost the 1.9 pounds I gained last week and to my utter shock also lost a new 0.3 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!
Having to stay home and cancel all my plans is actually helping with my weight loss as I am not eating out at restaurants or picking up junkfood when out or being tempted to overeat or eat unhealthy while at other people's houses since I am not at people's places anymore or hosting people which leads to buying and eating too much dessert and overeating when I host and I have been trying to walk for 30 minutes outside every day to get fresh air so all this is good for me. I do however have unhealthy processed food in the house and I have eaten pizza and pulled pork and have a bought lasagna in the freezer and other prepared foods but it seems I am balancing my healthy and unhealthy eating as well as eating less which has had a great benefit. Trying to find the positive in this situation we are all dealing with.
Down 34.9 pounds from my highest weight which was in June of 2016.
Need to lose 5.2 pounds to reach my goal weight.5 -

March 18, Week 3
LW: 136.5 (61.9 kg)
CW: 137.3 (62.3 kg)
Been 61.9 most of he week, only last 2 days have been 62.3. Still keeping to plan, but have increased the daily bodyweight. Waist measurement has reduced slightly and chest measurement has increased slightly, so weight "may" be muscle (and water).
Pretty sure I will be dropping back to "coach" role for next month. I can see signs that me continuing to "compete" will not be "healthy".1 -
March 18
Exercised: Yes (5km walk in 39 mins - hills)
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
Slightly slower walk. Could not push as hard as usual.
Daughter had a rough day, but I managed to mostly calm her down. She is still struggling with a lot.
Thankful that my work is usually done from home and that my family is secure.1 -

The current situation does have both challenges and potential benefits. Continue to work on the benefits.

Having a rough time with this ordeal. I have an art school which is now operating online. It has been crazy setting it all up and I am hoping it goes ok. Our spring session starts April 15 - not sure what will happen. Ive been in business for 22 years and I am now really worried about keeping it going.
Unbelievably stressful time and it shows in my WI. I need to start getting a bit of focus back on myself and my health. I am sure this stress is not healthy!

Bit more up to pace today.
My walk in the hills is very COVID-19 measure friendly. I touch nothing, I get (or stay close) to no one. No reason it cannot continue.1 -

I am so sorry to hear this; it's really tough. Hang in there! My goal is simply to maintain right now-not lose. And also not lose my SANITY0 -

agree with this x1000. We are going on family walks and bike rides daily. It's not healthy to stay in if you can safely get out!0
