Exercised: Yes (5km walk in 38 mins - hills)
    Tracked: Yes
    Budget: Yes

Walk after dinner. Emotionally up and down day.

I have been well under calorie budget the last few days. Along with being able to walk again, my daily weigh ins have been well down. Hope to post another loss tomorrow.

    March 11, Week 2
    LW: 139.1 (63.1 kg)
    CW: 136.5 (61.9 kg)

Thought it would be low, but not this low. Hard to say whether this is a good or a bad thing.

Also received blood test results this morning. hbA1c was 5.2 (normal). Liver function normal, Kidney function normal, Thyroid function normal, only thing outside normal was iron (which was high). Overall, very good for my age.

My weight is likely to go up again for a number of reasons. Primary one is that tonight I start medication and one of the possible side effects is weight gain. As long as the medication has the desired effect, and any side effects are not too much to cope with, I will likely be taking it for months.

Hi team-how is everyone? Let's get a check in going. Many things are happening quickly now with Covid 19. We will soon need to be staying home more as we work to slow the spread of the disease. Do you have a plan to stay on track, both with food and with mental health?
Let's get some dialogue going to support one another; this will likely be a very challenging couple of months for those of us in the US, as more and more people will be diagnosed and our health system will be under great strain. We are here for each other!

As cases of the virus increase, it might be likely that my job will lay me off (retail) since we have had no customers this week.

I just started so the standing all day has given me a lot of progress, weight-wise - as well as working out before work. If a decrease in activity occurs, I’m not sure how I would accommodate it, especially if there’s a gym closure.

I am sorry to hear this...I hope you will be ok. I will be thinking about you. Maybe some nice long walks outdoors would be helpful? And I love Fitness Blender, which has free at home workouts for ALL fitness levels. Keep us updated.
