@craigo3154 and @looneycatblue Thank you so much for all your help this week; what a week! Adjusting to e-learning for both myself as a teacher and my own daughter has been...something! This week I am on spring break, so now I have a chance to reflect and reset and tweak some thing.
With that in mind, I will be back to checking in daily. This community needs each other NOW more than ever for our physical and mental health. I am tagging everyone to hear from YOU, let's hear your voice each day, in whatever way makes you feel good! Lots of tough stuff out there--can we be a small glimmer of light in your day? Can we help one another go to bed knowing we did the best we can for our health, and wake up feeling like we can do it again?

This Thursday I assume will be my last one, I hope to get cleared to be able to move and get some exercise time in again. I think I have 2 more weeks before I can go back to work (If they open by then, and I would doubt it since its a community center) . Let's all pray that we all will be able to get back normal soon. Take care everyone
I am glad you will soon be able to get out and about; that will help you feel better! This is the new normal for awhile I think...it's good to make plans to stay both safe and healthy!1 -

Been a tough week, but I still have work, home is secure and everyone is safe and well.
I will be continuing with TBL next month, but not as a competitor. I will move myself to a coach role and happy take questions and help out.

PW: 135.2 pounds
CW: 135.1 pounds
Down 0.1 pounds.
My weight has been all over the place since my last weigh in.
At one point I actually saw 133.something on the scale which blew me away.
Then my weight was up to 136.something as I allowed my husband to buy us junkfood when he went to buy us food so for 3 days I ate Doritios, bbq chips, all dressed chips, M & Ms chocolate covered peanuts, Oreos, and chocolate chip cookies!
Managed to reign it in just in time for today's weigh in.
Exactly 35 pounds down from my highest weight today.
170.1 pounds - 135.1 pounds
June 2016 - March 2020
Took 4 years but I did it!
5.1 pounds to reach my goal weight!6 -

RANT AWAY! Please-rant! sometime, ya gotta let it out. This is tough. I hope you are easily able to apply for unemployment. The unknown is very scary...I am trying to focus on what is in my control-good food, walks, hikes, reading (if you don't have one, get a library card. You can likely do this virtually even though the library is closed. You can then download books to any device to read. The Overdrive app is for books and flipster app is for magazines. Life. Saver!)

So very dissapointed, and I'm not here to make excuses, but I've had a fever for 10-11 days, so we've been very quaruntined for awhile and everything but laying down is exhausting.
We are quite certain we have the virus, but there's not enough tests in the country where we live. They seem to besaving them for people with more severe symptoms and in a higher risk, which makes sense.
I'm back though. I can't be gaining this much weight for who knows how long.5 -
Allright everyone...it's FRIDAY. This has been a week. But we are all still here and we are all doing our best. That is all we can do right now. It's day to day. Focus on the things you can control; healthy foods, moving your body, drinking water, soft textures, nice light, a clean home, making your bed, reading or watching feel good things, abiding by the rules of social distancing so all people can be safe.
It is likely several of us have Covid 19 and it may be presenting as a cold, fever, muscle aches, tiredness, etc. I have had a low grade fever and chest tightness since Sunday; I had a virtual appointment with my doctor and don't qualify for a test. (I am in the United States.) So, my big focus is rest-mental and physical.
If you can, tell us what you are doing to feel good and stay healthy.

I am fine with this; it's a more sustainable weight for me.
I am sick and my body is likely retaining water, etc. It's possible that last Friday I was dehydrated.2 -
Prayers for all of you who are not feeling well. The most important thing I do is my essential oils. I take several different immune boosters daily. I seem to pick up a cold once a year around fall time, but otherwise, I stay healthy all year.1

Challenging walk again. Less people today, only saw 8 the entire walk.
Daughter is now in care for a week. Hopefully this gives her support. It should also give my wife a break.
I hope everyone can stay well and safe.0 -
