I am 51 and 5'3 I am 95 kilos and looking to get to 65 kilos. I walk my dog 90minutes a day and eat 1700 -1800 calories. I used to eat around 1200 but according to calculator net i should be eating over 2000!

Hi, I set my profile up 51yo female, 96 kilos and 159cm. I specified that I walk 90 minutes a day which is around 11,000 steps. Myfitnesspal calculated my daily calories at 1675 calories. Question - am I supposed to eat this much (I am having around 1300) has the figure taken into account the walking I told it I would do?…

I think we will learn rice and pasta are not the culprits. I am eating healthy home cooked food and walking 10,000 steps. I am finally, eating normally. I am sticking around 1300 - 1400 calories.
