Low fat Greek yoghurt, passion fruit, pineapple, almonds. Comes out around 200cal so I can even have a second breakfast 😆

I’m 28. 5ft2 and 139 pounds. I want to lose 15 pounds. I had a miscarriage and I have to wait a while before I can try again. The thing that has got me through this time is a new drive to be healthy and fit before *fingers crossed* I get pregnant again. Having support from other ladies on here would keep me so motivated! 💕

Omg I was so confused about why I was going over on them so much every day but not on saturated fat/overall fat.
