Hi I see you clearly meet your goals on a regular basis. Are you looking to lose weight or is it primarily for fitness. Also, do you do other forms of workout too or is it just walking to stay fit. Thanks

I am in, my target is 7000. Could anyone tell me how many steps are sufficient as I do not want to lose weight. It is said 10k is the magic number but then again, there is no study to prove it.
