    I am in, my target is 7000.
    Could anyone tell me how many steps are sufficient as I do not want to lose weight. It is said 10k is the magic number but then again, there is no study to prove it.
    My priority is to keep fit and improve my stamina.

    I see you clearly meet your goals on a regular basis. Are you looking to lose weight or is it primarily for fitness.
    Also, do you do other forms of workout too or is it just walking to stay fit.

    Hi there,
    Setting goals really works for me, because I'm very much determined to meet them. That's why I part of several challenges on MFP and it's very motivating.
    Other than that, besides walking, I workout 5 times a week after the lockdown to compensate the lack of normal office activity. I would love to lose some last pounds, but I exercise mainly to keep fit and speed up my metabolism.
