Gain weight sans Junk and Weight lifting.

Hello all
I am Anshuman, my priority is to build stamina and gain some weight. I have lost a couple of Kgs and muscle mass over the past one year, primarily becuase of travelling extensively and staying away from my regular routine.
As we all know Gym is a distant dream till this thing clears, could anyone tell me how do I go about increasing weight without eating Junk. Also looking forward to fitness pals, feel free
to send a request and let’s improve our fitness shall we:)
