On the same track with the BF% looking to go to around 18% with AMBITION of 16%. Do you have any workout routines that you’re following to specific achieve that? (i.e. cardio, weights, HIIT, etc) I’m always looking change it up and add new things!

Lunch today. There’s a beautiful mixed veggie pre-prepped bag I get from the grocery store that is 30cal for 1 1/2c (85g) per serving. I try and stick with olive oil for dressing but figured I’d splurge and use pesto which was amazing

Late to the thread but in the same boat as everyone else and totally ready to rock this (: 2020 has been kind of a downer and I’m hoping that getting on track with my nutrition and getting down to a weight where I feel comfortable will be the highlight of 2020
