    I don't know a specific salad but think a regular Romaine salad with veggies and blue cheese crumbles goes well with steak. A local Italian place serves a really good steak salad and your post made me think of it. Just don't use as much blue cheese as restaurants do if you're watching calories in the salad.

    Whatever you like for veggies with dressing you like on the side. Most anything goes well with a good steak. I do personally agree with the above suggestion though. I love blue cheese crumbles on my salad.

    Steak needs tomatoes and no strong flavored dressing which is used by restaurants to disguise mediocre meat.

    Salad of beefsteak tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. A few onion slices on the tomatoes would be ok.

    Google tagliata di manzo con rucola. It's an Italian dish of thinly sliced rare steak served on a bed of arugola dressed in vinaigrette (sometimes flavoured with rosemary) and parmesan shavings.

    Lunch today. There’s a beautiful mixed veggie pre-prepped bag I get from the grocery store that is 30cal for 1 1/2c (85g) per serving. I try and stick with olive oil for dressing but figured I’d splurge and use pesto which was amazing
