  • Also talked my sisters, niec9amd mother in to my fitness pal app and we also started our own challenge for June we all out 20$ in a jar who ever loses the most will be about 100$ richer!

  • So I have started drinking a ton more water to help keep hydrated. however it's making me pee more!! I decided everytime I go to the bathroom to do 10 air squats!
