Words are going to hurt regardless, but still think of where they come from. Who is that person? Someone you don’t know that thinks it’s okay to say shtt like that to a stranger. And what drove them to say it? Because they don’t have better ways to feel good about themselves or feel it’s how they can have a little power?…

A binge isn’t really all that bad. It’s the shame and guilt that follows it that’s really destructive because it’s that feeling that can lead us to giving up on the lifestyle and resigning ourselves to past habits. Enjoy a binge, but look at it as a mental rest break! Being disciplined in all of our choices is difficult!…

Maybe it’s simply time to pick a new workout program? I assume you’ve been following one given you’ve been at it a while. You’ve been lifting since March and if you’ve done it consistently, I would assume the growth is going to slow due to adaptation. I slowed in adding weight from week to week so I switched from PPLPPLR…

Are you exercising and eating healthy or just trying to eat healthy? What type of exercising do you do? How many calories a day do you take in, including beverages? Sleeping well? Managing stress? It can seem like a lot, but pick something and do it consistently. I’d say start with exercise with a focus on weightlifting.…

It really is in need of streamlining. Click on user name. A preview of the user pops up - click on their name AGAIN. Then you should be able to find an add friend option.

No, that’s not what I do. Sorry if I didn’t give enough detail. I log it from the workout routines tab, not the cardio tab. I have created a routine within the workout routine tab for each day I’m in the gym as I’m following a program. And the strength tab doesn’t have all exercises and can’t track anything more than one…

At least after a month. I noticed early differences in how I felt which kept driving me forward. And while I do mirror checks more than I should. Monthly photos take in the same place, same pose(s), and under the same light helped. Time of day when I do that being in the morning before eating anything of course.

I'm...jjsavoh, 30-40, Male. Yeah, nonspecific I know. I tend to play RPG, action, and adventure, with certain flavors of shooters (Borderlands, DOOM, Wolfenstein). I'm not necessarily trying to lose weight. Don't care about the numbers, I care about the look. Goals are to cut bodyfat by at least 5% and of course get more…

I can tell you where and how I started and how I was approaching it mentally. Your mileage may vary, but I hope this is helpful. For me, I started with a gym membership. I found a beginner lifting routine online and mentally prepared myself to "work up" to the frequency that was laid out. For example, I had picked out a 4x…

1st day of my weekly routine and I made good gains in every exercise. Also clocked in at 169.5 lb this morning. Meeting those goals and moving the goalposts for more progress are my motivators right now.
