Make sure MFP app is installed on both your watch and phone. I have to open the health app, the movement app and MFP app, on my phone, then make sure the same wifi is connected on my Apple watch, which for some reason they sometimes aren't; then they all sync together.

@JaneOLantern I'm feeling u! Just completed my 3rd day doing 10,000! Tired, sore, definitely "jelly-like";. but I think I'm a little less so than yesterday, so hopefully it's all "uphill" from here! Don't stop, and I won't either!🙌

@emmabrookes1 , yes, he says that what's showing in my hemocrit is related to iron deficiency. I think when I was consuming more calories than I should, I managed to get more trace amounts. When I cut back in calories, I get really deficient. I'm really not much of a meat eater, not vegetarian, but just never loved the…

Having a horrible time with water weight retention. Will actually be up a lb on weigh-in day, then down 3 lbs the next, and up 1-2 lbs the following... So hard to track progress.....

@MeganD1704 thanks for the reply! My daily calorie goal is 1350, and most days I'm a little lower than that. But weight loss has been slower for me. Not really that active cardio-wise, busy mom of 5, leaves me to exhausted most days. But hopefully I can up my steps, since summer is finely approaching here in Ontario, CAN.

Just started MFP less than a month ago; been so amazingly helpful so far! Hopefully this will be the jumpstart that I need to lose the 40lbs that I desperately need off! 44 by the way, so this the group I need, as I'm noticing some age related issues creeping in😲

Don't worry about 3.5lbs. I went down 4lbs in 1 day! I only weigh once a week, so when I was up a pound after a week of total on track, I freaked out a bit and weighed again the next day and was down 4. I think I just retain alot of fluid at times. Just give a couple days and weigh again maybe.
