Burned 1966 calories today (garmin watch). I did 30 minutes tabata ride and I am exhausted but feel good. 52/150 activity minutes so far.

Hi Sorry for being late! My weight is the same 168 but I did some meal prep and exercised 3x last week (2 cardio and 1 weight training). I am hoping the meal prep will help me stay on track.

Hi- I will be joining your team for October. Definitely got into some bad habits with the shutdown. I am planning on: 150 active minutes a week Weight lift 2x a week Track calories every day Drink 8 glasses of water a day I’m excited to have support!!!
