MEALS: stuck to 3 meals. Went over max :-( MOVEMENT: knee pain so bad had to turn back from walk. Going to ice +try tomorrow MUSCLE: knee strengthening excercises 25min MINDSET: Don't let the stumble in the road be the end of your journey

MEALS: stuck to 3 meals. Added 1 snack MOVEMENT: 30 minute walk MUSCLE: 10 x 50 (exercises x reps) MINDSET: Evert step counts. Knee pain deterrent so shifted to 3 mini walks

MEALS: tracked. No snacks between meals MOVEMENT: 10 bike, 20 walk MUSCLE: core exercises MINDSET: meet movement where I am ( not whee I think I should be). It will get easier with practice SW: 265* CW: 265* GW: 155

Hi Me too. Newbie with 100+ to lose. It seems SO overwhelming but I must get healthy. In addition to tracking, I am trying to build habit of 1g water/day * walking 30m/day * food prep * 10m/day dumbbells.
