Would you like to check in daily to help build the 4 healthier habits that successful MFP members seem to mention the most?
MEALS: (track.prep.water.etc)
MOVEMENT: (walk.cardio.etc)
MUSCLE: (core.weighs.yoga.etc)
MINDSET: (motivational quote.share success.lesson learned)

    MEALS: tracking before chewing
    MOVEMENT: 30 minute walk
    MUSCLE: arm weights 10min
    MINDSET: Strive for progress, not perfection

    Personally I want to lose about 70 pounds but my Doctor says more. I'll join you in this journey.

    MEALS: track honestly
    MOVEMENT: 30 minute walk
    MUSCLE: 20 min yoga a day
    MINDSET: it's a life style change, not a diet

    Welcome @sandhillsmom ! :) Yeah my doc wants >100. I'm just focused on 1st 5 in June

    MEALS: tracked. No snacks between meals
    MOVEMENT: 10 bike, 20 walk
    MUSCLE: core exercises
    MINDSET: meet movement where I am ( not whee I think I should be). It will get easier with practice

    MEALS: stuck to 3 meals. Added 1 snack
    MOVEMENT: 30 minute walk
    MUSCLE: 10 x 50 (exercises x reps)
    MINDSET: Evert step counts. Knee pain deterrent so shifted to 3 mini walks

    MEALS: stuck to 3 meals. Went over max :-(
    MOVEMENT: knee pain so bad had to turn back from walk. Going to ice +try tomorrow
    MUSCLE: knee strengthening excercises 25min
    MINDSET: Don't let the stumble in the road be the end of your journey
