Hi, new here. SW 19stone Lowest 14stone Current weight 15stone 7lbs. By the end of the month I will be back in the 14's. I will continue to use my food diary and stay under my allowed calories, and get around five thousand steps in daily.

Checking in. The problem with getting up early, is that I am awake too long and want the eat more!! Weekends are easier as I can sleep until lunchtime 🤣 Discipline needed. My plan is to drink lots of cups of tea to get my fluid intake.

@NikaIris you are not alone with your secret snacking. It used to be chocolate but now it's grapes, so the kids don't eat them instead 🤣

Hi @2016goalreached I'm weighing myself every morning, but only using the one on Sunday to show a week's progress. I don't have any current expectations, I just want to lose. My mfp is set for 1lb weekly loss for now.

Just checking in. I've drunk almost 2 litre of fluids, been peeing LOADS!!! Almost at 5,000 steps (which is the most for quite some time), and I'm under my calorie allowance. A great day here x

Hi all, 4ft 10.2! Lol. My highest weight was 266 lbs. I'm currently 205lbs, I've never been anywhere near the goal weight for my height in my adult life so I don't know where I'll feel comfortable, I just have small goals for now, under 200 is my first 😁 Determination will get me there Feel free to add me x

Just an update, I've bought some grated carrots, root vegetable mash (carrots, parsnip and swede) and steam bags (carrot, broccoli and corn). Yay 😍 Thanks everyone ❤️
