Good morning everyone. Im at 162.2. My goal is 160. The last two pounds will be hard. 160 is not my total goal this is my goal for now before I go on vacation 3/15.

Hi. You’re probably 10 pounds is a lot but I have a very good reason for it. I haven’t seen my husband in over a year and I’m going to see him March 15. That is why. I m very busy my self and I keep forgetting to log. When at home at night I remember then I see all the calories I ate an then the following day I'll be more careful :wink: what I see is when I'm logging I'm more careful. Let's keep it up.
