These are the two reasons I’m enjoying the trial version of Premium.

Also, my hubs has maintained his 120 lb weight loss with WW for a few years now… and he eats the same way now as he did while losing. It took him a year. I’m envious that he loves vegetables…

I’ve found that the slower you lose, the more you learn. Your lifestyle changes should be for “life”, not until you hit your goal. Figuring out what you like to eat and can moderate to hit your caloric goal is the key to succeeding. Miracle diets and “Biggest Loser” goals might get you to your goal weight, but can you…

Estimating serving sizes has never been accurate for me. When the hubs and I were doing WW, I told him that even though some foods were zero points that he should weigh out ONE serving to eat. It’s amazing how measuring that out I such an eye opener. As in, a “serving” of cereal is NOT a full bowl. 🙂 (He’s still following…

This is probably the top reason why I enjoy working from home for the last 4 years. Well, that and I get way more work done due no one stopping by to chat. (We still chat via Teams but not as often.) I will confess that sometimes I was the person bringing in baked goods… either stuffed I baked myself or I stopped to pick…

Multiply the calories for 1 serving by the number of servings in the jar. 🙂 So if it’s 50 calories per serving (which is listed in the nutrition info) and maybe 2.5 servings… 50 x 2.5 = total calories in the container

That is so frustrating!! I had medication complications after a concussion. My depression had gotten worse so my PCP had me take an “add-on” drug. Then I ended up getting tremors in my so bad that it was hard to type. I went back to the clinic and someone on the “care team” and me see a neurologist. This guy essentially…

Could you return the two boxes that you haven’t opened? That’s what I would do. (Or even donate the other two boxes.) The way my brain is wired, I’d either have to dig out all the raisins for all three boxes at once OR I’d return/donate the extra boxes. Otherwise I’d be reminded all the time that I bought the wrong cereal.…

You could maybe say something like “Wow! You’ve had phenomenal results!” And then whatever else you’d say to an acquaintance. I hadn’t seen my UPS driver for quite some time and he said, “I’ve just got to say this, but you’ve done an amazing job losing weight!” And then the plumber said something too… like “You’ve lost a…

When I was losing the bulk of my weight (lost 190 lbs), I would flip my closet by shopping at thrift stores. $60 and a couple of bags of clothes. I'm amazed at the selection, quality, and price of clothing at these stores. In fact, this is what I do when we are on vacation too. Instead of buying souvenirs, the hubs drops…

Pahla B's Walk Off the Weight Day 4. I'm alternating her videos with DDPY (yoga).

They do! Most charge for any luggage and then it's an extra $$ for overweight luggage.

Realistically, they should be weighing all passengers. Think of some of the athletes who are muscular... It wouldn't bother me as much if everyone was weighed.

Hi! I’d like to be friends. 🙂 I also had weight loss surgery (gastric sleeve) and lost 190. I kept it off for 3 years by eating right and exercising. Then I got a concussion and gained quite a bit due to lack of impulse control with food for 3 years. Uffda! I’ve been trying to do WW but I think counting calories might be a…

I also found this by searching in the FAQs, which also talks about blacklisting foods depending on where you delete them from. How do I remove a food from my "Most Recent" or "Frequent List"? To delete items in the iOS and Android app, swipe an item from right to left (iOS) or press and hold on the item (Android) in the…

Deleting a food from the My Food list is pretty fast on an iOS device. Access the list and then swipe left and click Delete. (I was first looking in the Edit window and then just tried swiping the item in the list.) Anyhow, it was fast and after I deleted my item below, it was gone immediately. 🙂

You’ve got this!! Try to focus on “Progress, not Perfection.”

Thanks for mentioning this! $50/year isn’t so bad. 🙂 I didn’t realize there was a price difference.
