I have done Judo, jiu jitsu, muay thai before. This krav maga sessions are either much physically taxing or that I have become physically unfit than I used to be since I have not trained for ages. The sparring with other clubs sounds so fun :#

I am also very skeptical about the calorie count. Think I will eat 40-50% of the calories. Except I am getting so hungry. Hungry is actually an understatement. Ravenous to the point where I ate 3 lbs worth food in one go.

I am 155 cm, 100 pounds and those 45 minute insanity workout easily burns about 300+ calories even if I am not giving my 100%. They are full blown workouts themselves. Your endurance must be impeccable.

Getting a Garmin Fenix 6x Pro tomorrow only because I haven't gotten myself anything for a long time, and it has amazing reviews and spotify is available on this watch. Yay!

I had leftover chinese takeaway for breakfast. I mean what was I thinking. I am a coffee and fruit person the first thing in the morning.

I love love shirataki noodles. I haven’t tried cauliflower rice all that many times but I believe it has the same kind of texture as rice. Must try. Thank you XD

I have never logged or really paid attention to my food before opening this MFP account. So I am not sure about my calories or macros I have had all my life. But the logging helps me see how much of what I eat and where I need improvements. I wish I knew this before but 30 is not too late either to get myself in check I…

I went to a local gym today and weighed myself. (The last time, 10th of June, I weighed myself was at my mother's, she has an old bathroom scale which she hasn't used for a long time) and surprisingly I am 101 pounds, not 113 pounds. I was skeptical and bought a scale on the way and it also shows 100 pounds. Now this makes…

I will try to add more seeds and nuts in my meal. Thanks bunch XD

I generally workout in the evening yes. Come to think of it, this possibly can be a reason. Thank you.

Guys, all I wanted to say was that the exercise we do gets easier with time and like I previously mentioned I am not qualified to give advice, its just my experience, that too with a cheap wrist band of over just 4 days. Wasn't making any conclusion of whatsoever. And this calorie estimates are all too weird for me. I have…

So you are saying that doing the same movements over and over again does not make it less strenuous for ourselves?
-
I am not really qualified to give any advice but just my experience, I have been working out for about four days. *Note, I used to be an active kid, just turned a couch potato for the last 5 years* I also bought this cheap wrist band, Xiaomi Band 4 which counts steps and have a few ranges of exercise sections that shows…

Hi, maybe opening up your diary would help me and vice versa. I am having difficult time consuming more than 1200 calories. Although I eat pretty basic food and have been vegan for about 11 years now.

I know of defatted peanut powder. I mean I have seen them in the mall. There's a few I have seen in the mall, Protein Plus, Trim Healthy something but I never bought them or used them before. I will get them in the next grocery shopping day. I have just checked, the protein is so much higher than the fat percentage per…

Yes, I don't have any issue with gluten. I am a soy person. I make my own soymilk, tofu, soy cream. So all for soybean. The soy days are the days I hit a good amount of protein. I like edamame pasta. But I am Canadian Indian and rice for us Indian is a thing I guess. Or me perhaps. I would eat pasta occasionally but rice…

Speaking of macros, its really difficult for me to get enough protein. No, not because I am vegan. There's many vegans who eat protein packed meal. But its because the way I eat. I don't feel satiated without rice, and I can not digest legumes all that well compared to carbs. I have heard to build muscle protein is very…

I want to jump rope 30000= 30*1000 times this month. I started late, 3 days ago on June 9th. And jumped 2000*3 times. So I am now 5000 steps behind.

Thank you all so much. I think I will add the recipes. It is a little daunting but I think I can get used to it. And its the best way to be accurate. After all, when I am taking break from work, I am doing nothing but binging on youtube funny videos. Its much better to make good use of that time and add recipes. No more…

I am trying to lose exactly that amount 16 pounds/7kgs by the end of this year. Meaning, in six and a half months. Reading your comment makes me think I will probably do it slower to build sustainable habits. That's much better for me, building lifestyle/lifelong changes. I know it will be easier for me to stick to it then.

I snack a lot, mostly on seasonal fruits with dairy free yogurt or salted cashews are my jam. I can devour an entire bag.

Journey is different. I have turned 30 this year and never cared about my health up until now. Want to log food and see what improvements I can make in my lifestyle. Also goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of this year and be able to handstand before I turn 31

I get bored very easily. So I get around 10-15 min of Jump rope, followed by some leslie sansone 1 mile walk video (because I get tired of jumping and the repetitive movements), followed by 10 minutes of warmup sequence from any of the insanity workout (because Shaun T motivates the hell out of those last minutes of my…

Hi Kizie44, I am new here and I also have around 1200 calories for a day. Although its around 3 in the afternoon in where I live and I know what I am going to eat, so I logged most of it already.
