I started this 3 years ago. I was 357lbs!!! 😬. I haven’t use app in 2 1/2 years. I’m coming off spinal fusion surgery and I’m currently 316lbs!!! 😐. My goal weight is 250lbs. I’m 6’3 so 250 would be awesome. I’m also going to be 45 in a few months and would love to spend my mid 40’s under 300lbs. Looking for anyone who is sort of in the same boat as me. Having a few buddies for accountability would be great. Well best of luck to all!!

    Journey is different. I have turned 30 this year and never cared about my health up until now. Want to log food and see what improvements I can make in my lifestyle. Also goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of this year and be able to handstand before I turn 31

    I'm kinda in the same boat. 6'1", 45, always right around 300lbs, also goal of about 250lbs, started out at 368lbs. My girlfriend is also a little bigger so we have a bad habit of sabotaging each other unintentionally. Pieced together a decent home gym that mostly collects dust. Nothing like spinal surgery, but I'm type 2 diabetic and have a lot of trouble with my feet, pain, bad balance.

    Hey Everyone,
    4 weeks out of lumbar fusion and missing my daily intense workouts as I follow the Docs recovery orders. So why not read about everyone else’s intense workouts until I can get back at it.
