New workouts usually throw me through the ringer for a week or so also

If you have done ab work with a cable machine, the bands are almost the same.

I Try to do ab workouts with the bands during trigger session, or rollout, ball crunches etc.

I do change per session, I just pick a few from the list in the program, I add a few things I want to work on. I think I feel more visible progress from the trigger session. That being said I've never lifted in the 1-4 rep range thats in the first 3 weeks of the program. All my lifts have gone up in weight. I'm usually…

Just bands, I do it 3 times a day. 3-4x15-20 so I squeeze in a lot of different ones, not just legs, but lunges, squats, split squats etc.

Add leg exercises into trigger sessions. I went from 5-6 days a week to this program 3 weeks ago. I seem to like the change. I just add in stuff to my off foundation workout days. Hope this helps
