Wondering if anyone has any feedback on this? Just started today. It seems to lack legs and I may just add an additional hypertrophy leg day.

Add leg exercises into trigger sessions. I went from 5-6 days a week to this program 3 weeks ago. I seem to like the change. I just add in stuff to my off foundation workout days.
    Hope this helps

Just bands, I do it 3 times a day. 3-4x15-20 so I squeeze in a lot of different ones, not just legs, but lunges, squats, split squats etc.

Any guidance you can provide on trigger sessions would be good. Do u change exercises per session? Per day? Per phase? I was thinking to do mainly legs and ab work during them since the program seems to lack them

I do change per session, I just pick a few from the list in the program, I add a few things I want to work on. I think I feel more visible progress from the trigger session. That being said I've never lifted in the 1-4 rep range thats in the first 3 weeks of the program. All my lifts have gone up in weight. I'm usually smoked afterwards. Never used bands before, what I'm finding out is you can do 85% of exercises with them. Also I squeeze in three prime movements before each trigger session. Probably around 15-20 min total. This is week 3 for me, so thats what I've been doing so far.

I Try to do ab workouts with the bands during trigger session, or rollout, ball crunches etc.

    Ab exercises with bands? Interesting.

Yea I did 1 full body so far and have another planned for tomorrow but tbh I am smoked right now. Still in phase 1 day 2 lmaoooo. Should I feel this fatigued? My body is very achy today and my sleep was not great which tells me that perhaps I was overzealous this round.

If you have done ab work with a cable machine, the bands are almost the same.

New workouts usually throw me through the ringer for a week or so also
