Biggest things that helped me were 1. Sprinting and 2. Yoga. Sprinting helped me cut so much fat so quick and yoga totally fixed all of my nagging back problems. Both changed my life. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend watching the movie Fathead on YouTube. It has a lot of good info in it and it could give you some insight on what might be the problem in your current situation. They also talk about cholesterol levels a ton which is always good knowledge to have. https://youtu.be/evcNPfZlrZs

To be able to dunk once in my life. I weigh 273.5 right now and I figure the best way to make that happen is to first lose at least 25 lbs while working on my jumping ability.

Swam 400 meters in 15 mins without touching the ground. The exact distance I need to complete a triathlon sprint and swimming was my weak point before.

What I usually do is boneless spare ribs. I know there is probably some sugar hidden in there, but that seems to be the best high fat low carb option out there. Plus, they are absolutely delicious.
