I had done a dexa scan 4 weeks back prior to joining MFP and had my body fat at 26%. I am 5.2' 30F, 107-110 lbs with a RMR of 1100 calories but I am maintaining around 2300 calories. I have logged everything I ate for the last four weeks and went to see a professional today. I was suggested recomp. My goal body fat range…

In 2011, I lost 16 lbs in a 12 days hike. I was 20 and was backpacking for 2 years and did some cost cutting by eating one meal a day that time. I lost a lot of hair and looked scrawny and sickly. Thankfully everything got back to normal once I came back and ate in smaller surplus and made sure I was taking in enough…

I used to be a emotional eater too. Something I have heard from a youtuber, Greg Doucette once stuck with me. You don't have a relationship with your food. You have relationship with people. Food is just fuel to your body.

I was thinking about the law of the physics too. Hence asked. This guy explains it pretty solid, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLkCSkhgKp8&t=645shttps://youtube.com/watch?v=SLkCSkhgKp8&t=645s haha!

I am 5'2'', had a goal ranging from 100-105 lbs. I used to live in Miami. Beach and bar workouts were my go to. It is easier to pull yourself up a bar when you are less heavier. Now I live in Pokhara, Nepal. Its hilly, I drink tons, and at present trying to lose the foreigner gains of 5 lbs. by working in a farm on…

My mother is overweight and always fed us bigger portions. I was chubby, ate a lot of take out because she did not like to cook. Then puberty hit and everyone had a boyfriend and I was the nerd playing computer games, drawing anime characters and sulking and flushing my food down the toilet or giving to stray dogs. I lost…

In addition to other's suggestions I would recommend you follow a good wrist and scapula warm up routine. You can find gabo saturno's wrist warm ups on youtube. Don't be intimidated by his videos. I am only recommending the wrist warm up part.

Press to handstand, l-sit to handstand. Also had fun practicing tuck planche to slow dance sorta leg movements in old Blink 182 songs. Started at 2 in the morning, ended at around 5. How time flies.

This gave me some insight. Thanks

What about boiled egg? I mean sometimes I eat white part of 2-3 boiled eggs with 1 whole egg.

This is exactly the kind of information I was looking for. The other day I had my porridge and was almost about to throw up while practicing skill practices. Plenty of handstand, pike to handstand, l-sit to tuck planche kind of stuffs. Later today I had a slow eccentric day and I felt very hungry and fatigued.

@Hanibanani2020 @sardelsa I think protein shake with mangoes and caffeine is a good choice. Thank you. Also, Banani is my boyfriend's cat's name haha! @icemom011 eating after workout sounds better for me too. But I wake up, check my instagram, follow up emails before anything and that takes about some time. And I get…

This reminds me my cat had FIP and I had to weigh him every week for medication and fluid therapy. In vet's and in the house. That is when after many many years I realized I have gained weight and now I miss my cat :(

I am also in the same position. Started on 20th of last month. Tracking of how much I eat.

I am also starting. And currently have zero friend here.

I totally get it. I am the same. 109 * 12 = 1308, but maintaining on over 2300+

I am not OP but I have seen somewhere that its better to start from your goal body weight*12 (probably Jordan Syatt's video) I am not sure how accurate it is. I hope someone here has some insight.

I eat pretty much the same thing over and over again. Breakfast : Oatmeal, seasonal fruits, nut butter, protein powder. And coffee with cream. Snack 1 - Rice cake with nut butter and whatever fruit is on sale. Sometimes I have puffed cereal with almond or cashew milk or granola bars. Lunch - Rice, chicken, beans, heaps of…

Speaking of peel, do you weigh banana after peeling? Asking for my later use. Thank you.

@the22ndwheel I have an appointment on 17th. I hope to get some good advice. For now I am supposed to log and find my maintenance calories and typical eating patterns which I am logging from 20th of last month.

@harper16 almost 5'2'', 157cm @kimny72 my goal is to not have wider waist circumference and being leaner in general. I have started living in a hilly terrain and being heavier does not help.
-
You hate rows in general? Or the semi-awkward position bent over row has to be performed in? I mean if its the position you don't like, there's band row from high point which you can try, or inverted row if you are stronger. There's many progressions too. You can try the assisted pull ups too. I have a small suggestion…

My goal is to lose weight, but I am not sure if the weight is what I am mostly concerned about. I have always been a skinny fat person. I am 30F, 5'1'', always sits somewhere around 110-112 lbs my adult life. I don't necessarily look fat with my clothes on, just a bit wider than I used to be 7-10 years back when I was 100…
