What do you eat pre workout? I am looking for suggestions.
I am trying to find a way to workout in the morning and my excuse of not doing that someday is that either that I am hungry or that my breakfast was too heavy. What is a good pre workout meal? What is your favorite?

Does elevated heart rate burn more calories?
If someone burns 50 calories while jump roping for the first 10 minutes, will they burn 50*6 = 300 calories for 60 minutes? Or does the elevated heart rate help them burn more calories in 60 minutes?
