I hope one day my future self will see this and be motivated again, happy of how far I have come. I will slip up and then will get back again from the mishaps. Its ok to slip up bud.

Hi, I am Shira. 30F, 4'11'' , 112 lbs. I was 142 lbs in 2019, I lost about 17.5 lbs in late 2019 and was maintaining at 124-127 lbs since then. I was not counting calories or doing exercises. Tried cooking and eating home cooked meal as much as possible. I had successfully quit sugary drinks and now stick to coffee with milk. Later in mid April, one of my friends and I were discussing about dresses and she was talking about losing weight and how for our height, we should be around 105-110 lbs. Unfortunately she has not started anything to do about it but it stuck with me and I tweaked some of my food choices since April 17th and for the last one month I am incorporating exercise in my days too (Jump rope, little bit of yoga). I have lost around 12 pounds in 2 months and I think I haven't been this weight since 2009/2010. I do feel like I can lose another 10-12 pounds. I don't really mind this weight but I want to get a smaller waist and a little bit of shoulder/deltoid growth.**Purely for aesthetics**

But this time around I want to try eating a little bit healthier and have a concrete idea of what I am doing to lose it.

TLDR : 30F, 4'11'', 112 lbs. Want to lose 10 pounds in 6 months, and have a healthier body and lifestyle in general.
