I'm doing keto and intermittent fasting, and it works well for me for so many reasons. However, I'm not gonna lie, it is very regimented, difficult, and you can't go out to eat often with friends because you never know what kinds of sugars are in the foods. I'm not one to say keto is better or worse than any other…

Earlier this year I swelled up after eating a piece of fruit. So now I have an official allergy with an epi pen. I also developed Oral Allergy Syndrome to lots of fruits, according to my allergist. Never had an issue with any of this when I was younger. So, partly to stay healthy and partly to avoid taking antihistamines…

Try to be lenient with yourself. It's ok to slip back when you are so stressed. You've lost weight before, and can do it again. Maybe just wait until life seems more manageable to go back to your routine?

One word. Cellulite.

That's real tough. I'm in a similar situation and I have needed to simply have different foods for meals and snacks than my husband. He gets it...

I did the same thing this week due to stress and emotional eating. So, I'm telling myself that in a few days I will jump right back into my regular routine. It's ok to not be perfect with everything all the time.

I learned the hard way about self-sabotage. When things get stressful, I eat. Then I gain weight, and feel extra bad. Knowing this, I allow myself to eat some feel-good foods when stressed, but I try to minimize it as much as I can. If I am too strict I will just eat a pint of ice cream or something! I also try to have…

I have one- I like beat saber and it's the only way to have fun with cardio for me, that I have found I stick with. It does cause some tension around my head with the bands, and it feels top-heavy so my neck sometimes gets strained, but otherwise I love beat saber! If you have ideas of other free apps on there for fitness,…

If he is not motivated to get in shape, there is really nothing you can do. Don't let his life choices hamper your personal goals and rewards. I would go hiking there yourself, and don't let him come along if he will complain. Tell him you planned doing this for some time. Based on what you are saying...if you let him know…

Yea, I've noticed I don't stress out as much if I stay away from scary movies. I'll never watch a horror film. For some reason they just really scare me as I'm watching them, and the effect can last for days. Some people say "hey it's just a movie!" but my brain doesn't know the difference! I really don't need any more…

Well, the more the weigh at the start it seems to be easier to lose more quickly in the beginning of weight loss. I wish he knew how he is putting his health at risk with his weight, and all those medical problems. I don't believe he lost 23 pounds in a week.

I know someone who is vegetarian and is morbidly obese. He eats tons of pasta, rice, and white bread, and things like that. So I'd try to stay away from processed stuff, maybe that would help?

Recently I've been making my own protein shakes. I use this stuff in the picture, almond milk, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, cocao powder, collagen powder, monkfruit powder, and blend it up. Tastes pretty good. It's not like an ice cream shake but it fills me up with good stuff! I used to buy individual protein shakes but…
