90min Cardio twice Standing Overhead Bbell Press (Alternate Front to Back) 4 sets Overhead Press Seated Smith Machine 4 sets Cross Cables (for Rear Delts) 4 sets Shoulder Press Machine -Front Press Grip...3 sets Lat Raises (Run the Rack) 25/10, 20/12, 15/15, 10/20, 5/25 (pounds/reps... All done as one set) 2 sets total.

After round 2 of cardio this morning.

2 x 90 min.... 10 miles Going in the gym shortly for Back Day.

I keep a fiber and a protein supplement on hand. I spoonful of fiber with a scoop of protein makes you feel full or satisfied and is less than 200 calories. More like 140 or something. Protein is less likely to turn into body fat and the fiber keeps you regular. Very low carb.

5 down, 5 to go. My gf can’t do cardio because her ankle is hurting. So I definitely can’t slack now. 😩😩

There is no clear cut answer. Different things work for different ppl. Doesn’t mean its “right or wrong”. Just means its “right or wrong” for you.

I consider a woman to be curvy if her waist is significantly smaller than thighs and hips. Even if she’s plus size, bbw, or whatever term is PC.... But that’s just me.

Morning: 2x 90 min cardio Evening: Flat Bench Barbell Press 5 sets Incline Bbell Press 3 sets Decline Machine Press 4 sets Machine Flys 1 set-50 reps

Biceps are not a secondary muscle to chest exercises. Only triceps. Biceps are secondary on back exercises. That’s why in a Leg/Push/Pull program tri’s go with chest and bi’s go with back. Tri’s are also secondary during an Overhead Press. Generally any other shoulder exercise targets deltoids and traps.

I hate chest day but I did it. Glad I did too. Someone in there had me aggravated so I said fuggit and tried 335 after my flat bench sets were done. Hit it. Tried 355 and hit that too. Haven’t hit 335 since 2018. Never hit 355 before so I guess it was a good workout. lol
